1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Maddys Wonder World LLC, operator of Maddy’s Wonder World, handles information through www.Maddyswonderworld.com. Privacy questions and parent requests may be sent to Maddyswonderworld@gmail.com.

2. Our children’s privacy approach

Maddy’s Wonder World is created for children and families, but the website is managed by adults. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to create accounts, subscribe, post comments, upload content, enter contests, make purchases, or contact us directly. The Contact page is for adults age 18 or older. Children should use the site with a parent, guardian, teacher, or other trusted grown-up. Please do not submit a child’s full name, email address, birthday, school, address, precise location, schedule, photo, video, voice recording, account name, or other identifying information. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted without legally sufficient parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and prevent further use, subject to legal and security needs.

3. Information we may receive

  • Adult contact information: If an adult uses the Contact page, we may receive the adult’s name, email address, selected contact reason, message, and any information the adult voluntarily includes.
  • Basic technical and security data: Our hosting, security, and content-delivery services may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, approximate region derived from IP, error logs, and security events.
  • Download activity: Free learning files should be available without registration. The hosting service may still record ordinary technical request logs when a file is downloaded.
  • External services: If a visitor chooses an external YouTube, Amazon, Amazon Music, Prime Video, Etsy, or other link, that service may collect information under its own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
  • Provide requested pages, videos, and direct downloads.
  • Respond to adult inquiries and privacy requests.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of visitors, the show, and others.
  • Comply with law and enforce applicable terms.
  • Use aggregated or de-identified information only when it cannot reasonably identify a person.

5. When information may be shared

We do not sell children’s personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or operate the website; with professional advisers; when required by law; to protect safety or rights; or as part of a lawful business transfer. Service providers should receive only information reasonably needed for their work and must be reviewed for appropriate privacy and security terms.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an adult inquiry, maintaining security records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Contact messages are ordinarily retained for 60 days, and technical/security logs are ordinarily retained for 120 days, unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably necessary and lawful.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Parent and privacy requests

A parent or guardian may contact Maddyswonderworld@gmail.com to ask whether we hold personal information submitted about a child, request access or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where applicable, or report that a child submitted information. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting.

9. External links External sites and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. Parents and caregivers should review those policies before allowing a child to use an external service or before creating an account, subscribing, or making a purchase.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
